Postdoctoral researcher
Catarina joined the lab in December 2025. During her Ph.D. and previous Postdoc, she focused on exploring the biosynthetic diversity of marine microbiomes, participated in the development of the BGC clustering tool BiG-SCAPE 2.0, and the open science data curation effort MIBiG.
